Border Crossing

Sometimes the immigration officer stops you to ask if you are hiding any bodies in the back of your truck.

Sometimes you get waved through because the only on-duty officer is busy barbecuing.

Sometimes the person stamping your passport gets distracted by the many other stamps therein and questions you about how nice each trip was.

Sometimes you get fined ZAR 2,500 because the last time you went through, the customs officer wasn’t doing her job properly.
